A signed rental agreement is required from all customers. The customer must adhere to all rules, operating and safety instructions prior to unit set up. All reservations require a deposit to be met at the time of phone/web reservation. A reservation is not valid if a deposit is not met and will not be moved to our delivery route. The total payment must be met at the time of delivery. There will be not exceptions.

Effective immediately, a cancellation policy, has been implemented due to various cancellations requests. In store credits will be issued for all cancellations and are valid for up to 1 year from the date of initial reservation. If the delivery is made, there will be no credits or cancellations allowed.
Rentals cancelled within 24 hours of the delivery will not be issued a refund. We will certainly work with you to schedule the next available date for your special event.
Cancellation due to existing rain prior to setting up rented equipment will result in a full in store credit of any deposit made. The credit may be used towards the rental of any product depending on availability on a future date.
Jump & Bounce Moonwalks, at its discretion, may at anytime cancel the rental of equipment should weather conditions become unsafe for the equipment and/or its customers.
