Are Moonwalks Safe? Yes! There are a few rules that must be followed to ensure the saftyness of all children and our outlined in the Safety Procedure section of our rental contracts.   How do I make a reservation? You may contact us via email, phone or reserve right here online.   What if it's rainy or windy the day of my reservation? Jump & Bounce Moonwalk Rentals reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to heavy rains or high winds (usually over 25 mph).  There will be no penalty to the renter. Our procedure is to call the morning of the reservation in which at that time you have the right to cancel your order.  If your choose to proceed at the point there will be no refund.   How far in advance should I make a reservation? Try and book as soon as possible. We kindly work with any last minute rentals. Just give us a call so we can make arrangements.   How much room is needed to setup a moonwalk? We ask that an area of 20 x 20 feet with an overhead clearance of about 17ft for most of our units. Our units can be set up on just about any level of surface which includes: grass, dirt, concrete, or indoor facilities. Let us know what kind of surface at the time of reservation so we can bring the appropriate type of anchors.        Who will set up the unit and how long does it take? We deliver and set up all untis. We test to make sure each unit is in good conditon and is properly anchored to the ground for safety of all children. It usually takes about 15 - 30 minutes to inflate a unit.   What time will the unit arrive? We will usually arrive 30 minutes or up to 3 hours early before your reservation time provided on rental contract. If different time standards are needed, call us and let us know so we can prioritize your delivery. What kind of power is need for the units? All units must be within 50-100 feet of a 110w electrical outlet.      How long is my rental? We do not charge hourly rentals so most units will be picked up the next morning.
